After interviewing several contractors, I selected Great Blue because Phil has a great eye for design and could 'see' my vision.  I've now worked with Great Blue twice (2 baths, kitchen, dining, sun porch) and everything turned out beautifully.  That says a lot given I'm a hard-core perfectionist.   

I have hired Phil Wagner and his team at Great Blue several times, for large projects and small.   Not only does Phil have the ability to understand your needs, but he can suggest design enhancements that make any project outstanding.  When it comes time to build the project, Phil make its clear what's going to be done, and gets it done without any surprises.  His work is impeccable, and his team are truly craftsmen.

Phil has done 6 or 7 projects on our house over almost 20 years and I keep coming back because each project turns out even better than I dreamed. His work is always first rate but his design visions are even better.  He always has an idea I hadn't considered, and knows how to make it look right on my house.

Phil Wagner and his Great Blue Construction Co. did a design/build renovation on my house that reflected everything I respond to aesthetically.  His method is to ask questions first and then, with his fine team, make it happen with superb construction work.  At the end of the long job, I had great appreciation for all of them and no complaints at all.

Also, Phil, Please tell Dan that people rarely come to my house without stopping at the front door to pat it in admiration "Nice door" they all say, and I always remember Dan bending over those two saw horses day after day.
